NekoDrama Terms of Use

The following terms and conditions (collectively, these "Terms of Use") are a binding legal agreement between you and NekoDrama ("NekoDrama" or "we") that govern your use of the website located at https://nekozilla.ai and any affiliated mobile applications (collectively, the "Service").

A. Your Acceptance of the Terms of Use

By registering for an Account and using the Service, you represent that you fully understand and agree to these Terms. Age Verification: Accessing designated 18+ areas of the Service requires age verification. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

B. User Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information upon registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account and are strictly prohibited from sharing your account credentials, especially to grant minors access to age-restricted content.

C. Rights to Use the Service & Subscriptions

Right to View: NekoDrama grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the motion comics and short dramas on the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Subscriptions & Virtual Currency: Access to premium content may require a subscription or virtual currency. All payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

D. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

NekoDrama offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium content. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account (for iOS) or Google Play account (for Android) at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Subscription prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.

Current Subscription Plans:

Monthly Plan: Auto-renews every month.
Yearly Plan: Auto-renews every year.

E. Ownership

NekoDrama and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in the Service, including all motion comics, videos, text, graphics, and platform software. You are granted no ownership rights in any content you view.

F. Restrictions and Rules of Use

You agree not to:

Download, screen-record, rip, or redistribute any content from NekoDrama.
Use the Service for any commercial purpose.
Interfere with the security features or age-gating mechanisms of the Service.

G. Limitation of Liability & Termination

NekoDrama may terminate your access for any breach of these Terms. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $50 USD OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

Acceptable Use Policy

Platform Content & 18+ Viewing Zone:

NekoDrama is a digital entertainment platform distributing officially produced motion comics and short dramas. We provide a designated, age-gated section (accessible via Web/PC only) for users who are 18+ to view specific adult-themed (18+/NSFW) content.

Prohibited Actions:

Bypassing Age Verification: Attempting to bypass our age verification or assisting minors in accessing the 18+ Zone.
Piracy: Capturing, copying, or sharing exclusive 18+ content (or any platform content) to external websites, forums, or social media.
Community Misconduct: If commenting features are available, posting illegal links, hate speech, or harassment is prohibited.

Violations will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your Account without refund.
