1. Exclusive Ownership of Content
All materials provided on the Service, including but not limited to all motion comics, short dramas, videos, audio, images, website design, text, and graphics (collectively, "NekoDrama Content"), are the exclusive property of NekoDrama or its licensors and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
NekoDrama is a digital distribution platform. We do not provide content creation tools to users. All media available for consumption is officially produced and distributed by NekoDrama.
2. Limited Viewing License
Subject to your active subscription or virtual currency purchase, you are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial, and non-transferable license to stream and view the NekoDrama Content within the platform. This license does not grant you any ownership rights.
3. Strict Anti-Piracy & Unauthorized Use
You are strictly prohibited from:
- Downloading, saving, screen-recording, or ripping any video, audio, or image content from the platform.
- Redistributing, uploading, or sharing NekoDrama Content (including exclusive 18+ content) to third-party websites, file-sharing networks, social media, or any other external platform.
- Attempting to bypass our digital rights management (DRM) or content protection measures.
Engaging in piracy will result in an immediate, permanent ban and potential legal action to recover damages.
